Hack Details for your MUSTEK DVD, Blu-Ray or HD DVD Player

MUSTEK V520
For Region Hack the MUSTEK DVD V520 you must access a secret menu.

For accessing this menu you have to do the following:

1) make sure you donÂ´t have any DVD inserted and Door Closed
2) with the remote control :
3) press SETUP
4) press NEXT
5) press STOP
6) press PAUSE/STEP
7) press PREV
8) press NEXT

You should now see a new MENU: Loopholes. Go to Select Region and make your choice:
- region 1
- region 2
- region 3
- region 4
- region 5
- region 6
- By Pass (=all regions)

MUSTEK DVD-V300
Turn On the player with no disc in the drive
Using the remote press Set-up
On the front panel press Next, Stop, Pause/Step, Previous and Next

MUSTEK DVD-V520, DVD-560, DVD-V562
Turn On the player with no disc in the drive
Press Set-up, Previous, Next, Previous, Next, Previous
Press the Right cursor until 255 appears
Press Set-up
If the above hack fails to work then you may wish to consider using attempting the DVD-V300 hack above

Disable Macrovision:

Press Set-up, Next, Previous, Next and Previous
Press Up and Left - you should see 4000
Press Up and Left until you see 3000
Press Set-up

MUSTEK DVD-V600RZ
Turn On the player and open the disc tray
On the remote press 8, 4, 2 and 1
This should bring up a service menu
Press Enter to move through the region codes or 9 to enable region bypass

What To Do If Your Player Is Not Listed Here Yet.

If one of these hacks does work for you then GREAT! please leave us feedback and let us know on our forum :) However, If you have tried and tried this hack till your blue in the face and you STILL cant get that region 1 copy of 'Michael Flatley's Lord of the dance' to work then you still have a few options:

Use DVD hacks to search all other internet resources for your hack by entert your player model number below:

OPTION 2

Post your problem on the forum and we will try and help.

OPTION 3

Consider using a UK based online rental company for your DVD's such as or who have a fabulous range of movies to rent with no late return fees and a free trial. Its much cheaper to do it this way than to wait for sky digital or buy region 2 or 1 films from the internet.
