Hack Details for your GPX DVD, Blu-Ray or HD DVD Player
GPX D2816
1.- TURN ON THE DVD PLAYER
2.- PRESS OPEN/CLOSE
3.- PRESS THE FOLLOWING NUMBERS 8888
4.- KEEP PRESSING 'ENTER' UNTIL YOUR REGION SHOWS - Region code 9 = Region Free
5.- PRESS OPEN/CLOSE
Failing that, try the following sequence:
1-Turn on your DVD player.
2-Open the tray.
3-Press 9 five times, you will see a number, where the DVD displays all messages - like a blue bar. Press 9
a few more timee until 9 is displayed.

4. Press 5

Consider using a UK based online rental company for your DVD's such as or who have a fabulous range of movies to rent with no late return fees and a free trial. Its much cheaper to do it this way than to wait for sky digital or buy region 2 or 1 films from the internet.
